Former Pro Football Player and Current Licensed NJ Realtor.Marcus attended Boston College where he was 2x Captain of the Football Team, 3x ACC All-Academic Team honoree, and the 2022 Scanlan Award Winner, which is the highest team award given in the program. While achieving excellence on the field he received his undergraduate degree from the school of management as well as an MBA while also participating in many volunteer activities. After not being signed out of Rookie Minicamp tryouts with the NY Jets, Marcus went on to sign with the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL, winning the 2023 Grey Cup Championship.After 20 years of playing team sports, 10 of those years at a highly competitive level, Marcus has developed critical skills like performing in fast-paced environments, accountability, collaboration, and adaptability. These skills have allowed Marcus, on multiple occasions, to come into an environment, learn the ropes, build relationships, earn trust, gain respect, produce results and rise to the top level of the organization. Marcus’ leadership positions have taught him to not only chase excellence but to lead those around him to excellence as well by clearly communicating team goals/values, and influencing teammates to buy-in.Throughout his time as a Realtor Associate, Marcus has been able to exercise his skills in building relationships and accountability by prospecting, managing customer relationships, and identifying pain points. His time as a Boston College student has allowed him to have a background in technology and data analytics. More specifically his MBA has provided a well-rounded knowledge of all the different functions of a business allowing him to understand what different stakeholder’s value.
