As an Apprentice Lead at WesTrac Cat, I am responsible for overseeing the training and development of apprentices in the workshop, ensuring they receive the highest quality of education and mentoring. I have a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which has enhanced my leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. I also have a Diploma in WHS from HBA Learning Centres, which enables me to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. I have over 13 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, working as a Workshop Supervisor at FlexiParts™ & Mining Services and WesTrac. I have honed my skills in maintenance and repair, factory, and machinery, delivering efficient and reliable solutions for customers. I am passionate about learning new technologies and innovations in the field, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of technicians. I value teamwork, excellence, and integrity, and I strive to create a positive and supportive culture for the apprentices and the workshop.
