In this position, I orchestrate turnkey safety integration projects from planning through execution, enhancing operational safety standards in customer manufacturing environments. I also lead diverse team of installation technicians, including subcontractors, OSTI service technicians, and client-selected contractors, ensuring efficient team dynamics and project alignment while employing expert electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and install controls, switches, and machine guarding, significantly reducing machine risk. Additionally, I conduct comprehensive machine risk assessments, proposing and implementing necessary design changes to meet safety standards while delivering detailed training to customer personnel on newly installed safeguarding solutions, bolstering client knowledge and operational safety.
