-Responsible for formulating and implementing training/continuing training programs for team members.-Managing numbers metrics and sales targets -Strategizing policies and procedures to streamline business processes.

-Directly responsible for overseeing the Membership Manager, Fitness Manager, Service Manager and Facilities Technician.-Responsible for comminicating and upholding company standards and leading by example.- Acts as key point of accountablity for club financial performance.- Successfuly executes against budget with specified revenue, expense, profit and headcounts. - Established priorities and goals, including revenue targets for membership, fitness and labor for the club. - Recruit,interview and hire department managers.-Provide final apporiving for the hiring process.-Resolve elevated club member concerns.

-Multi unit management -Formulate sales stratgey and oversee all sales training -Overseeing my own clubs fitness business (budget revenue, increasing year over year numbers and increase profit margin) as well as over see the daily operations of sixteen other Fitness Managers in the district. I am in charge of formulating strategies, discussing best practices, delivering monthly budgets and reviewing and managing profit and loss statements. -All hiring, developing and retaining of all team members. -Ensuring that all departments function as an cohesive unit.- Analyze labor budgets and delegate labor hours appropriately to ensure the business recieves its greatest rate of return.-Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering the 24 Hour Fitness Service Promise; manage a clean, friendly and well maintained clubs. Ensure that managers create and maintain a service culture at all clubs within the district.-Sets operational goals and priorities for all CMs and is responsible for attainment of district targets (e.g. revenue, profit, turnover and retention)-Train sales staff on the needs analysis sales approach.-Responsible for the performance management of the district as required to maintain company standards and financial results.-Responsible for the hiring and development of the district team with particular emphasis on club leadership positions.-Recommends staffing changes, additions, special pricing, promotions and facility remodels to the RVP and divisional staff.-Provides guidance on the district operating budget and approves discretionary expenditures for all clubs within the district.
