Day-to-day:• Collaborate with end users and developers to gather requirements, develop and demonstrate new software developments, perform quality assurance testing and application deployments.• Build and maintain repositories and CI/CD pipelines within GitHub and Azure DevOps.Projects:• Developed automated solution for containing engines based on non-conforming criteria with C# and proprietary software. This prevents the engine from reaching the customer and is calculated at ~$5,000 in savings per engine.• Created an email alert written in C# that is triggered by non-conforming scans based on .jpg and .bmp files. This alert includes non-conforming placement of parts and missing scans. This is calculated to save the business ~$323,000 yearly.• Conducted requirements analysis, functional and smoke testing; coordinated UAT; and organized continuous delivery of a manufacturing quality application developed by off-site third-party company. This software is responsible for statistical process control, quality defect logging and tracking, and total productive maintenance auditing.

During this time with Paccar Engine Company, responsibilities included:Supported production by troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and technologies such as Dell computers, Bartender print servers, Honeywell printers and scanners, and proprietary software.Collaborated with product engineering and Human Resources to develop a Microsoft SharePoint Workflow to improve associate onboarding and role transition.
