Marcus has analyzed commercial real estate projects spanning the entire US, including hospitals, hotels, multifamily and apartment projects, retail centers, auto dealerships, golf courses, restaurants, manufacturing & industrial facilities, and office buildings. In addition to securing millions in accelerated deductions and tax credits for his clients, Marcus has provided additional real estate and tax consulting services such as fixed asset and retirement studies, Repair vs. Capitalization Studies, bonus depreciation consulting, construction management consulting, and Green Building tax incentives to clientele nationwide.
