With 17 years of banking experience, I have developed a strong expertise in risk analysis, risk management, and risk assessment, as well as a keen eye for innovation and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating value for the organization and its clients by leveraging data, technology, and collaboration.Some of my recent achievements include project managing the deployment of the firmwide return-to-the-office program for over 6,000 staff, designing and executing the first Culture Hackathon focused on improving the hybrid working experience and culture, and identifying and resolving stakeholder management issues within Global Regulatory Operations. I have also coached and mentored a team of up to six Client Service Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
