Senior Project Scheduler
CurrentServes as a subject matter expert to the Programs and Project Management Division.Provides technical assistance to program managers, project managers, operation managers, project and program analysts, and resource managers in implementing and maintaining a scheduling system for assigned district projects and programs, primarily focused on all types of civil works projects.Possess an understanding of a project management business process; a financial management system; workload manpower management; operating budgets; basics of projects finance and accounting; and, demonstrate knowledge of various other functions necessary in maintaining the data quality of the scheduling system.Manage scheduling system data input effectively to maintain its fidelity, as well as, to provide management a visual or graphical representation of the programs' trends and subsequent analysis of the inputted data.Controls all project management schedules; and, assists in creating multiple project schedules.Performs broad-scope and long-range program and project management studies for the District programs, to establish new business processes using the Project Management Business Process (PMBP)-scheduling system.Conducts and coordinates training classes within the District on the operation of the scheduling system.
