    I led all efforts in creating and maintaining both Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ systems for Tetra and CSI Compressco. I managed the deployment of a new CPQ system within Tetra's mature Salesforce org. This involved creating new quoting processes, price rules, price books and quote templates. For CSI Compressco, a full scale deployment of Salesforce CPQ and the integration with our JDEdwards ERP was my focus for most of 2016 and the first half of 2017. The project was quite an undertaking as I collaborated with 10 or more people on a weekly basis to understand business needs and translate that into a functional Salesforce CRM.I had a dual role of maintaining the data integrity and fiscal reporting of our 4000+ pieces of equipment within Microsoft Dynamic ERP, Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud and CPQ. That data and reporting was crucial to company profitability and to our shareholders. On a daily basis led all development and maintenance of the Salesforce and CPQ systems.

    While at Baker Hughes, I managed and supported the integration and long term use of the Salesforce CRM for our North American Region sales team. I created and facilitated training as well as follow up with all users across North America. As part of the Baker Hughes CRM team I worked hard toward CRM adoption for 4 years and I saw great results in utilization and user loyalty. Up until that point, adoption came from individual users and mid-level sales managers. This early adoption only came after great effort and diligence on my part. Since late 2013, with upper management support, the sales teams that were late adopters, have slowly became active users. While supporting Salesforce CRM I was have able to provide more advanced reporting than the traditional methods. Because of this, users and all levels of management, have seen the value and our CRM has become very successful.I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator. I have experience in business process discovery gained from management stakeholders. I have taken these processes, mapped them into custom workflows, created either by using a declarative means, or using native Salesforce intelligence. Any of these process implementations have been crafted within the Sales Cloud. I am currently in training to understand the Marketing and Service Cloud as well as the Apex and Visualforce coding intelligence.
