•Source and recruit the right talent and the right people for the positions within the organization and its subsidiaries as per their budgeted headcount through various recruitment strategies to fulfill optimum manpower strength to business units – Locals / Foreign country•Administer employees’ movement activities, e.g. confirmation, extension of probation, resignation, promotion, demotion, transfer, relocation, fixed term contract employment, termination and etc.•Monitor and track departmental manpower strength through weekly reports to ensure efficient and consistent work force is adequate for operational / departmental units.•Source, plan, select and implement hiring process and administrative supports of foreign workers upon arrival and completion of their contract period. •Liaising with governmental bodies for approvals of FOREIGN WORKERS hiring, extension of service & termination of service of their contract.•Cultivating human resources procedures and practices to operational / departmental units to ensure compliance of standard operating procedures.•Initiate branding strategies to attract new talent pool for the organization to meet the growing needs of the operational / departmental units.•Lead and monitor a team of confidential clerks, administration supervisors & Executives in performing their daily tasks and meeting their deadlines.

•Auditing on Investment product such as Term Deposit, Large Cash Transaction and Traveller’s Cheque•Involve in Mutual Fund audit•Input and maintain data for Mutual Fund and other Investment product•Demonstrate skill in analyzing data and offer solutions to issues

•Effectively interact with team members that have diverse backgrounds and temperaments, while demonstrating a genuine interest in team members, maintaining open lines of communication with team members and being an advocate for team members•Develop relationships within the supporting business units to help resolve issues related to team members (e.g., Human Resources, WFM, Quality, etc.)•Understand end to end business processes and upstream/ downstream impact related to employees transaction/ services; work closely with other key process owners to ensure upstream and downstream integrity•Input and maintain data in HRIS for Client employees•Meet or exceed all deadlines for reporting•Demonstrate skills at analyzing trends and assist in creating action plans that determine a solution•Solve problems and offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine utilizing critical and conceptual thinking•Process transactions on a daily basis to ensure all procedures are followed in compliance with established processes and service level agreements•Demonstrate teamwork by supporting and assisting other Team Leaders as necessary•Timely and accurate compliance with HR processing requirements in respect of new hire, change and termination of employees•Maintain phone skills while applying knowledge to day-to-day project experiences•Effectively use business standard oral and written communication skills on a daily basis•Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance; contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. Develop and maintain positive relationship with end users and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure employee transactions are handled appropriately.
