In order to do this I perform the following activities:• PPM (Planned Predictive Maintenance) in accordance with the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring that this carried out to schedule and logging any additional findings.• Electrical and mechanical reactive breakdown repairs as required, establishing of root cause of the problem to ensure permanent preventive actions are established.• The installation of critical components vital to the processes• Ensure critical spares are readily available and stock levels maintained• Using work based knowledge to fault finding and effective problem solving• Implement and audit 5S activities and contribute to kaizen events• Attend call outs as part of a rota• Ensure that contractors to site abide by company health and safety procedures and follow permit to work systems Show less
