Currently looking to advance my career looking for the next opportunity. Previously I was acting Service Advisor at ElectraMeccanica in Mesa, Arizona. Taking this roll has allowed me to organize with my team an efficient, customer oriented service department. My current job requirement allow me program experience on SAP creating and managing vehicle work orders, scheduling nationwide services for maintenance and all vehicle issues, and managing our customers for our Huntington Beach, California Service Location. Being a start up company, there are always new goals accomplished and records being set, but there are also bumps in the road. Working in the brand new Production Plant/ Headquarters with departments from Engineering, Project Management, Plant Operations and Service have allowed problems to be solved quickly and more efficiently.Before changing paths I was a Professional Parts Advisor and Warehouse Supervisor for Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. This job started as a part time parts runner and quickly moved up with my time being there. Inventory management, parts catalogs, wholesale and retail experience allowed me to be in every position in a Parts department for a very successful and well known company like Courtesy. Programs used for Purchase Orders and Shop Orders came through CDK. DealerConnect and MPI were also two day to day programs needed for my roles. I have my Associates Degree in General Studies through Gateway Community College with an accumulative GPA of 3.8. What separates me from other people are my communication skills, time management and able to perform under pressure. I would consider myself hands on and open minded when it comes to working with others. I have worked my way up in positions at most company’s I have worked for. Being able to be quickly promoted I believe is because my attention to detail and being a really quick learner with any and all Programs .Working with the Chandler Unified School District has given me opportunities in multiple roles. I was originally hired on as a Low Voltage Cable Technical. The jobs that we were working on were everyday work orders from all grade levels in CUSD and cabling new projects such as Casteel High School, Basha High Schools Tech Building, Perry High School's new attachment and many more. Being at the sites allowed me to also take a job operating a Mavic Air Drone and capture weekly photos of the progression each project that was going on.
