I worked with maintenance and development of the management system which also included the SharePoint intranet plattform for internal communication. In close co-operation with other business functions, I coordinated and lead structural and technical changes. I also developed, built and introduced applications in order to improve the capability and the capacity of the system. I was also, together with a collegue, responsible for internal and external audits with respect to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other relevant standards and frequently performed audits. Furthermore I lead maintenance and development of IT-components focusing on planning, business intelligence, data handling and automation.

I lead a development unit with 20 talented developers, consultants and operators in 6 different market areas/teams: 1) Competence and education, 2) Process development, 3) Welfare and safety technology 4) Preventive actions , 5) Measurement and analysis, and 6) Information, communication and documentation. The unit provided improvement services and support to the operating organizations (e.g. project management, statistical analysis or maintenance of management systems). The unit was also responsible for continuous tasks related to the specific market areas stated above (e.g. installation of alarm and entry systems or reporting to boards and government agencies). I was a member of the management team. During my time, we introduced several e-services, a Covid-19 management system, medicine dispensal robots, a training centre for operative personnel, new communication tools, completed a multi-million procurement, and reorganized staff and tasks.

I worked with process development and improvement with a special focus on quality management, quality assurance and control with respect to sampling of secondary raw material. I coordinated and lead several projects, subprojects and activities that involved investments, as well as organizational and continuous improvements. I cooperated with project leaders, managers, suppliers, technicians and operators and tried to make everyone work for common goals. Since the start, the different improvement teams were able to reduce sampling lead times by half. We introduced methods and technologies that has had important positive effects on productivity, quality and culture. For example, in close dialog with operators and equipment specialists we introduced new milling , lifting , and splitting equipment. We also launched a system for systematic quality control and removed systematic errors. Furthermore, we introduced continuous production and buffer/queue reporting and monitoring as well as a system for process/quality management and internal communication. We also rearranged machinery and equipment for more effective and safer logistics and storage of raw material and samples.

I motivated, educated and supported entrepreneurs, transport- and production personnel and others in quality management, methodology, and process improvement. I also developed and managed quality and environmental management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSC, FSC Chain-of-Custody) and I implemented quality manuals with routines and standards for processing, sampling and transporting biofuels. My duties also included coordination and execution of internal and external audits, and I was in charge of permit applications, and control programs that are necessary according to the Swedish Environmental Act.I harvested data, developed sampling methods, and built systems for data management, analysis, and presentation of quality and process data. I also lead and/or coordinated projects focusing on technology and/or methodology for processing or transporting wood-based biofuels. I was a member of the management team.
