Developed, tested and implemented a new fee calculator to reduce processing times by 70% which enable the work to be carried out efficiently for both the business and clients.Nationwide corporate action was distributed to clients who projected an increase in fund switch volumes which the UK was unable to manage efficiently. This meant that it was to be distributed to overseas for a contingency project which was implemented by myself along with others involving training, oversight and hands on assistance where needed to ensure it was carried out using Legal & General processes in a timely manner for the client. This was maintained and has now seen another process follow in the same way of which I am still managing now onshore.; Carried out testing and development on a new fee calculator which is now implemented within IPS for fee corrections.Delivered an offshore project which involved training and supporting those involved, maintaining communications to the UK for a 2 month period. I've been working the India operations for 8 months now and it is still on-going. I'm the lead support for offshore as they continue with IPS operations.I maintain offshore MI reports daily which is analysed and sent back to offshore to provide feedback.Consistently excelling in quality and risk objectives.
