As Head of Mergers & Acquisitions my responsibilities are focused on working with the Board, Trading divisions and Corporate Strategy function to identify and deliver ways of increasing shareholder value. The Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) is a Home Office led procurement programme. I am responsible for leading EE’s engagement reporting directly to the Board.
