Co-Chair, OGC Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technologies Working Group. Co-Chair, OGC SensorThings (IoT) Standards Working Group, developing IoT data standards and ontologies. Co-Chair, OGC Unmanned / Uninhabited Systems (UxS) Working Group (air/surface/underwater drones, UAS, UAV, USV, UUV etc.) for interoperable UxS mission planning, tasking, and data exchange. Participated in chartering multiple OGC Domain Working Groups: Emergency & Disaster Management (EDM), Smart Cities/Urban Planning, and UxS. Panelist at OGC’s IoT Summit discussing IoT standards & the DHS S&T IoT Pilot, and technology exercise planning for mass migration / refugee inter-governmental response by agencies such as the US National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA).
