Hello, I'm Marcus Anderson Miranda, a dedicated professional with over 14 years' experience in the field of aircraft maintenance. I currently work as an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor at LATAM MRO in São Carlos, a base certified FAA Part 145, ANAC RBAC 145 and other important certifications. As an instructor, I provide compliance and specific training for the Airbus A320F and Boeing 767 fleets, as well as preparing and conducting training to improve maintenance quality, such as metrology. As well as being a technical instructor and maintenance technician, I had the opportunity to join the team of aircraft maintenance inspectors, responsible for monitoring tasks that may have an impact on flight safety (RII/IIO) and also for monitoring critical tasks defined by the company (CSI), guaranteeing the quality, safety and efficiency of the company's operations.My professional career is enriched by a solid technical background, including a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anhembi Morumbi, as well as certifications in Aircraft Maintenance with qualifications in GMP, Airframe and Avionics from Centro Paula Souza. I was recognized as a LATAM Ambassador and Service Leader in 2019, titles that reflect my commitment to excellence and the continuous improvement of maintenance and manufacturing processes. In 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in aircraft maintenance instructor training at the Airbus Training Center in Miami-USA, I was able to learn and share training and communication techniques with instructors from other major airlines.I have extensive experience in aircraft mechanical systems, engines, landing gear, flight controls and hydraulic systems. In addition, I am certified to carry out engine turn tests and have skills in Microsoft Office and intermediate English. Throughout my career, I have always sought to share knowledge, teaching classes on aircraft and helping colleagues to obtain their Technical Qualification Certificates. I am constantly looking for new challenges that will allow me to apply my knowledge and experience, contributing to the evolution of aircraft maintenance.
