I have successfully represented before the Swedish Market Court, the Swedish Consumer Agency, various Swedish District Courts and Courts of Appeal, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office and the Court of Patent Appeals, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and the World Intellectual Property Organization. My main focus of practice within IPR is the enforcement of trademark rights and copyright, both in a traditional and digital environment. Lecturer in IPR law and marketing law at e.g. Berghs School of Communication, Stockholm University/Department of Advertising and Public Relations and various other tailormade educations.
