Over twenty years of diverse experience in leadership, project management, risk management, ISO27001 auditing, digital development and compliance initiatives. Has led several complex projects developing 3rd party software solutions, analytics tools and reporting (Tableau and Power BI) and project planning internal user support, education/training and compliance initiatives; using continuous improvement and change management systematic approaches.I was awarded the EPIC Campbell Award for Learning Excellence 2015 and the 2014/15 Peer to Peer Award.I believe that the ongoing improvement of workflows and processes is a vital component to ensure success for all companies. This includes not for profit organisations, where better processes directly affect the positive outcomes for clients and staff.
