I am a Partner at Mannheimer Swartling. My practice concentrates on international commercial arbitration, domestic and cross-border litigation, and corporate crime matters. I have represented client companies from a wide variety of industry sectors in SCC, ICC, and UNCITRAL arbitrations, including in emergency arbitral proceedings. Moreover, I have significant experience from serving as counsel in major corporate accountability cases, conducting cross-border fraud recovery operations, and advising clients in relation to large-scale and complex corporate crime investigations, such as FCPA investigations conducted by the SEC and DOJ in the US.I am a former member of ICDR Young & International’s Global Advisory Board, and acting President of Gothenburg Lawyers Club (Sw. Göteborgs Juristklubb). In addition, I teach courses on corporate criminal law and litigation that form part of Mannheimer Swartling's internal training program.
