In addition to my own personal Property Development projects, I am also a partner of Grandcity Enterprises' Property Team. Our primary focus is to create sustainable and secure new age studio complexes. We specialize in these multi-storey types of development, including construction and also property management of the properties.I joined Grandcity with the goal to improve their marketing efforts, but was quickly given the opportunity increase my scope to take up responsibilities in the the development and property management sides of the business.

Victorian Education R&D Accounts As an Inside Account Manager I was the first point of contact for all things Dell for the Victorian Government Schools and the Department of Education (DET) as well as an architect of strategies and creative solutions. This included identifying and creating opportunities and treating my accounts with the utmost care and respect and most importantly, improving my remote communication skills and creating lasting relationships. I was also tasked with the aiding the tender of the Yearly DET tender encompassing all schools that fell under that banner, which was ultimately won.

As a Strategy Coordinator for the Brandfit Strategy team, I was responsible for the formulation and implementation of cross platform strategies and communication.My core focus was to work hand in hand with the Val Morgan Agency, Retail and Direct sales teams in developing, identifying and exploring marketing opportunities and creating unique and innovative creative activations across all accounts that encapsulate and enhance our clients' briefs and take them to the next level. This involved conceptualization, development and ultimately the execution and project management of these exciting new concepts.

The scope of my responsibilities as an Agency Sales Co-ordinator extended beyond the Cinema aspect, and extended to all aspects of the Val Morgan Business. Not only was I looking after some of the biggest agencies in Media; OMD, UM, PHD & the Dentsu Aegis Network, to name a few, I was responsible for the management and servicing of high value key accounts including Google, McDonalds, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Samsung, Qantas & Toyota. Some exciting projects I was a part of: - Identifying the opportunity for the Johnnie Walker “The Gentleman’s Bet” campaign and being instrumental in its execution, featured on industry news sites Adnews and B&T.- Implementation of media firsts – “Takeover” of the Val Morgan Cinema Network for clients like Virgin Mobile, Google, HTC, McDonalds, Qantas and Samsung.
