· Responsibility for the P&L of the region, comprising the subsidiaries of Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, over USD 500MM in assets, 135 plants, and 20,000 customers.· Definition and implementation of corporate strategy, growth pillars, annual operating plan, rolling forecast, SG&A, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX, organizational structure, corporate guidelines, people engagement.· Integrated leadership of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, R&D, AdmFin, ESG, People, Compliance, Legal, Risks & Internal Controls and Projects.· Monitoring of the economic scenario in the countries, market dynamics, competitive environment, positioning, pricing, matrix of products and services, opportunities to enter new markets, innovations, assets upgrades and retrofits , expansions, M&A.· Head of Transformation for South America, prioritizing and implementing multiple initiatives for operational efficiency, continuous improvement, lean culture, information quality, ways of working, synergy between areas and subsidiaries.· Member of the Executive Americas Committee (15 executives); Member of the Global Leadership Team (~50 executives).· Reporting to the President Americas (USA); managing a team of ~2,000 professionals (4 Country Managers and 6 direct Functional Directors).

· Reporting to Executive VP for South America.· Full P&L responsibilty. Team of >450 professionals (5 Directors in Brazil and 4 in Argentina). Operation with 5 “Merchant” plants, 35 “Onsite” plants, 10 cylinder filling plants.· Responsible for defining the strategy and leadership of the operation in an integrated manner, encompassing the following areas: Industrial, Operations, Engineering, P&D, Sales / Marketing, Administration and Finance, HR and IT.· Interface with GGs from other regions (Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific) for business synchronization, global alignment, best practices, success stories, regional / global initiatives, market trends, and competitive environment.· Liaising with Regional Leadership for presentation / monitoring of results, strategic direction, business realignment and investment needs / prioritization.· Member of the Executive Committee of South America.

· Reporting to Executive VP for South America (based in Chile) and Director of Operations Americas (based in the USA). · In-charge of defining Operations strategy and leading the activities in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, totaling 12 "Merchant" plants, 40 "Onsite" plants, and 45 cylinder-filling plants. · Responsible for Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, P&D, and Facilities. Team of >500 professionals distributed in the countries of the region.· Leadership in the development and execution of strategic projects, ensuring safety, and operational quality and efficiency, within the standards established by the head office.· Active participation in operational due-diligences of targets for acquisition, asset integration, capture of synergies between plants and definition / implementation of new projects.· Interface with peers from other regions (Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific) to discuss cost themes, production volumes, innovation pipeline and strategic alignment.· Liaising with Regional Leadership for presentation / monitoring of results, allocation of CAPEX, industrial setup, KPIs, opening of new plants / startups.

· Reporting to the General Manager Brazil. Team of 7 professionals.· Responsible for the management of the Business Unit, with P&L of USD 80M.· Leadership in Sales and Marketing activities nationwide, involving 60 large sized clients. Constant interface with internal areas for administration and optimization of SG&A and COGS.· Segmentation and market sizing, product / service portfolio definition, pricing and competitive environment monitoring.· Visiting clients / prospects, understanding of needs, presentation of product and service portfolio, preparation of commercial proposals / customized solutions, proposal pipeline management and business execution.

· Reporting to the Director of Operations for South America. Team of 46 professionals (4 Managers). Assigned for position to promote operational efficiency, implementing best global practices.· Responsible for Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, P&D and Facilities. Operation involving 18 plants, USD 200M in assets and USD 2M budget.

· Reporting to the Director of Generated Gases for Europe. Team of 5 professionals (2 managers).· Responsible for the management of the Business Unit, with P&L of USD 45M, involving Poland, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. · Leadership in Sales and Marketing activities in regional scope, encompassing 1,300 large sized clients.

· Expatriated to headquarters and allocated in the position by performance in previous positions and to join the program of preparation of "next leadership" in the organization.· Reporting to the Director of Engineering for Europe. · Responsible for leading Maintenance area in the region, involving 14 countries, 110 plants, USD 3.5 Bi in assets and USD 60M for Capex and Opex. Total staff of 38 professionals.
