Sourced material and outsourced tasks abroad. Wishnatzki Farms produces a variety of vegetables including bell peppers, hot peppers, cucumbers, pickles, squash, tomatoes, melons, and eggplants. Wishnatzki Farms additionally markets fruits and vegetables for other growers throughout the country.Wishnatzki produce is marketed throughout the U.S. and Canada with chain stores, wholesalers, restaurant suppliers, and institutional buyers as customers.

Wishnatzki Farms utilizes the FreshQC quality improvement system on all of our strawberry packages. FreshQC provides total accountability throughout the harvest chain by soliciting consumer feedback on each clamshell of product. Over the course of a season we receive close to 2,500 consumer responses on Wish Farms product. This feedback is tied to the clamshell, harvester, farm, plant variety, and date. We are able to see where they may be potential quality issues as well as what harvester and crews are doing a great job. I am responsible for consumer feedback, data analyzation, and food safety follow-up for all Wishnatzki Farms product.

Key West Lighting is a subsidiary of Rooms to Go. They are responsible for the design and manufacturing of a large portion of Rooms to Go lighting. They coordinate the import of product from overseas mainly China, and are in constant coordination with the corporate office which is located in Lakeland, Fl. While at Key West I performed a variety of tasks including analysis of expanding overseas operations. Various research and environment analysis. I also had the luxury of attending several board meetings.

Was heavily involved with all aspects of operations at the Brandon #358 Costco. Was responsible for the front end staff composed of about 20-25 individuals.I also worked several of the fresh foods areas including Deli and Food Court. I was responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and minimizing shrink. Average weekly sales in the deli were between 18-22k.Worked in the membership arena and was responsible for increasing sign-ups and maximizing renewals. This was done by simply providing top-notch member service.
