The majority of my professional career has been in the real estate industry, with a focus on residential investments. From 2001-2007 was directly responsible for the acquisition of over 200 properties spanning five states. Due to a vast change in the real estate market, I formulated an alternate strategy to assist large financial institutions in the management of their asset portfolio's. Having experience dealing with the many headaches that come with vacant properties, we were able to offer several services that preserve the asset and increase the marketability of property to increase sales price and reduce day's on market. We currently oversee between 600-700 properties in AZ, NM, NV, TX, and WI with the ability to seamlessly expand into new markets. With another shift in the market upon us, we have recently started new entities that are focusing on the acquisition of Non-Performing Real Estate Notes in several markets. I have created and implemented balanced strategy for the disposition of these notes on both a short and long term basis. Also, tying in with the aforementioned strategy a new entity is being formed to offer Private Money to experienced investors for the acquisition of residential real estate, in several markets. Our funds can be used for both acquisition and rehab of the property. It is geared for investors that need quick approvals and fast funding. I am an entrepreneur by nature, and always seeking new opportunities available. Although my background has been primarily in real estate I have worked with other entrepreneurs on financing projects in the energy industries. I am passionate about originating new concepts, creating a strategy, implementing processes and systems, and streamlining the organization.
