Greetings,My name is Marcus Cochran, a graduated student of South Carolina State University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, with a focus on Project Management, Complex Mechanical System Design, Nuclear Processes and Waste Management. Throughout my matriculation, I have had the opportunity to gain an extensive amount of experience in the fields of System Design and Teliability Engineering, Advanced and Sustainble Energy Processing, Emergency Management, Data Analytics/Processing, Operational Supervision, Logistics, Machining Operations, Project Management, Product Development, and Non-Profit Organization Direction, from working alongside Government Contractors and organizations, who specialized in Engineering Consulting and Project Management. Formerly, worked as a Research Assistant, on a joint project for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and the Department of Biological & Physical Sciences, examining the degradation progress of Volatile Organic Compounds (Trichlorethylene, Tetrachlorethylene, Dichlorethylene) and other Nuclear Processing Waste flowing through streams located on Savannah River Site, a post-Cold War era, Nuclear Reservation.While attending the University, I dedicated a great deal of my time to joining on-campus organizations, that I believed would introduce me to an environment, which allowed me to improve my interpersonal effectiveness, operational awareness, and impact as an emerging leader. Through these organization I had the opportunity to work on multiple community service projects, lead specialized teams, and become a member of multiple Executive Boards and Leadership Teams. I have gained great confidence in my abilities to Develop and Lead, through my capability to efficiently execute a task and deftly resolve any issue which may inhibit my team or my myself from completing a desired goals.
