Sales Operations Specialist
Responsible for the operational and internal administrative management of strategic accounts (SP/South) • Support for the sales team and management through Salesforce (CRM) • Management of weekly meetings with the sales team and board for updates on ongoing projects and metrics • Management of sales orders within Salesforce (CRM) and Oracle (ERP) • Support and monitoring of sales KPIs • Support for indirect sales channels (Distributors) • Preparation of commercial proposals, budgets, contracts, and amendments • Preparation of management reports and dashboards • Registration of new clients and maintenance of the database in the Oracle system
