While a college freshman I started a small "handyman" business in Grand Rapids, MN. While continually attending to my studies at the local community college I began to develop a promising assemblage of clients for my home repair services. Responding to this growth I soon brought on my first employee in the latter half of 2008.In the spring of 2009, I realigned this growing company with the market trends at the time and founded MC Home Repair Solutions, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company. MC Home Repair, LLC served financial institutions, asset management groups, as well as independent investment groups with value-added, asset management services for vast portfolios of distressed real estate in Minnesota.These services included property preservation, inspections, remodeling & Construction as well as full-fledged property and asset management and marketing. Through developing partnerships with reliable asset management groups, I was involved in the successful acquisition, preservation and management of more than $18 million of real estate in just three short years.With a growing interest in real estate and its related facets, I soon began performing independent contract work for investors throughout the Midwest coordinating eviction services, valuations, and marketing for wholesale, bulk-list properties. Through my independent start in the industry I possess a great understanding of property management and all of the related facets of real estate from construction and code compliance to successful site management and maximization of return.I finished my college career at St. Cloud State University where I studied entrepreneurship and economics with a minor in communications. Though my studies taught me a great deal it was my ambitious beginnings in entrepreneurship and business development that has brought me to the level of performance I am steadily improving on today.
