The first team - Enterprise Computer Management - provided support, design, and implementation of a large and complex workstation and server fleet to the University. Our computer lab system encompassed over 2200 clients with over 300 applications, and provided these services to over 12,000 students both onsite and remote. We designed the system from beginning to end, which encompassed all facets of security, networking, virtualization, patching, hardware, vetting of all applications, logging and monitoring, and all aspects of the backend services that provides these services. We also specialized in programming and scripting to utilize tools like .NET and PowerShell to drive high levels of automation to manage the fleet of computers.The second team - Departmental Support - provided numerous and diverse services to the campus community. From health care management systems for the College of Health Sciences, to document imaging systems, library systems, and physical and camera security systems for campus the University Police to name a few. We implemented many ITIL principles and standards to ensure excellent service and to be able to easily scale our offerings across a diverse set of technologies and needs.

Repaired a production IVR server to enable it to receive telephone calls and manipulated voice files for a production application. -
