In late-2016, inContact was purchased by NICE Systems. It was NICE Systems largest acquisition till date making a substantial investment in its forward looking CCaaS strategy. inContact had struggled to find strong executive technology leadership for an extended period. In late-2017, my role expanded to lead that initiative, bringing together global teams under one banner – to deliver a single cloud native platform that all NICE applications leveraged as part of the CXone suite. This included my efforts to move the inContact technology team forward and leverage the exceptional talent we had globally. At the time of my departure, I was given a 2017 inSpire Award from the executive team for progress in the organizational transformation and cloud momentum with the CXone suite.
