As a Guest Advocate at Target, I provide solutions for our guests' needs and improve the overall guest experience. I have been working at Target for over two years, starting as a Seasonal Closing Expert and then becoming a General Merchandise Expert before taking on my current role. I enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues, and I have developed strong communication and analytical skills through my work.I have a Bachelor of Business in Economics and a minor in Finance from Western Illinois University, where I graduated in 2020. I have always been fascinated by data and how it can answer the question of "what's happening?" in various contexts. To pursue my interest in data analytics, I completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate issued by Coursera in June 2022. I learned how to use various programs, tools, and methods to collect, process, and visualize data, and how to communicate the insights to different audiences. I also have experience in public speaking from my internship, volunteer experiences, and school projects, where I presented data and information to various groups. My goal is to apply my data analytics and communication skills to a career that aligns with my values and passions. I have been involved in my church for many years, taking on various leadership roles and challenges, such as teaching groups of children, mentoring one-on-one, and directing a camp for junior high students. I am grateful for the support and guidance of my mentors, who have helped me grow and learn. I also love playing games of all kinds, as they stimulate my creativity and problem-solving abilities. I am looking for opportunities to use my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the world.
