Having spent over years, handling personal injury cases, majoring in counter fraud, including years of experience managing large teams of people, delivering seven figure budgets and dealing directly with executive board members, I now support the Partners in the Insurance Practice Group at DWF on strategic issues. I was a member of the MoJ's Whiplash Reform Programme, IT subgroup.I am comfortable presenting on complex issues, both internally and externally and plenty of experience of growing a business and attracting new work, often supporting senior stakeholders in business critical tenders and pitches; preparing pitch documents and briefing notes for clients. I have drafted written evidence in response to calls by government for evidence in respect of a whole number of different inquiries. I have experience in drafting consultation responses on a range of key issues; impacting legislation. I have experience preparing witnesses giving evidence before Select Committees.I am IT savvy, having been lead fee earner on a project team to replace a practice group's case management system, taking part in identifying a replacement product and then taking part in the pitch process and the selection process. I was then involved in the build of the new platform, process mapping and user testing. I now have a key role in the development of the DWF's digital strategy and monitoring the performance and delivery of the insurance practice group's client facing website. I am also part of the editorial team for DWF's Insurance Brief.My role includes providing knowledge management.
