Project Management:• Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of international facilities for the group.• Responsibility for managing a team that includes PM’s, architects, QS, Structural engineers & M&E design consultants.• Report and present directly into the board of directors and major in-country stakeholders.• Responsibility for the technical evaluation of major contracts relating to these builds. • Delivery of a $25m 450-person office in Accra, Ghana – On time and under budget, this was managed from Dublin with travel.• Delivery of a $20m 300-person office in Nairobi, Kenya – On time and under budget, this was managed from Dublin with travel.• Developed full facilities management programme for Dublin office, including management of all contractors and PM schedule.• Assisted major group facilities with challenges around FM and have successfully implemented a programme which manages FM jobs scheduling and reporting. Managed the reporting on this and responsible for contractor performance assessment.Facilities Manager:• Tullow Oil HQ, housing up to 200 people over 77,000 sq. feet.• Management of FM process from the Dublin office.• Management of FM team in the Dublin office.• Responsible for budget in excess of €2,000,000 p.a.• Implemented job ticketing system for FM requests.• PPM schedule management.• Lease management.• Managed all fit out related works for the property.• Project management.• Responsibility for all contracts relating to FM. This includes contractor negotiations & tender process management.• Established and headed up a safety committee for the Dublin office responsible for the safety of staff and management of all safety related processes. Many of these are now in use in other offices within the group.
