I lead the development and commissioning of new processes. Working with Senior Leadership, I've managed strategic R&D portfolios.I manage project scopes from early concept R&D work into Technology Deployment - I work with different stages of the project, such as engaging customers to understand their technology needs and gaps, early-concept development, writing proposals for funding, pilot plant commissioning & start-up, experimental planning & design, equipment specification, What-If Analysis, IP Strategy, patent writing, Business Case/Economics & Commercial Pathways. I have 6 years of experience as a process engineer for the oil & gas and the specialty chemicals industry.My experience spans different gas and liquid separations technologies for onshore/offshore oil & gas, deepwater developments, shale gas and other unconventional reservoirs and oil refineries.I manage relationships between my company and universities for technology co-development acting in the role of company liaison.I am a driven and enthusiastic person pursuing projects with a stage-gate approach.
