Marcus have a long time experience from different businesses but most from the oilindustry there he worked with everyting from IT to Corporate Governance. Marcus has worked with both small and big projects accross the world. He has a good manager skill and are able to lead workshops and projects to success. Marcus have in the last 8 years been working mostly with GRC(governance, risk and compliance), SOX, internal/external audits (not cert), internal control, ISO framework, LEAN, ITIL, business- advisor and development, process-, data- and business modeling (both architecture and stratigic), Project Manager, Application Manager, IAM, Role- and Access Management, Risk Management and of course IT.Marcus key focus is to harmonize and to improve business processes and to make them understandable for all in the organization.
