As Marketing and Communications Manager for both The Pension Solutions Group and PSG SIPP, my responsibilities were to ensure all of our various marketing and internal and outbound communications projects ran smoothly and that they reached the people that mattered — individuals seeking the benefits of a SSAS or SIPP, their financial advisers, and our internal staff. Individual responsible within the digital team for conceiving and delivering online acquisition and retention marketing strategies to achieve online growth for the Alexandra brand.During my time at Alexandra, I played a significant role in driving online traffic and sales and in shaping the digital marketing strategy to deliver ROI from Paid Media activity, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Social Media campaigns. My role involved regularly liaising with, and guiding, both internal and external, business and technical teams, to meet strict deadlines. Using effective copywriting and communication skills to plan and brief artwork into the studio to promote a unique brand offering was pivotal to the success in my role.

Responsible for online marketing activity and data management at Co-operative Independent Living (formerly known as co-operative Xest). During my time at CIL I helped to carry out optimisation of web pages and content changes for the Xest and co-op Mobility websites, as well as designing and distributing weekly newsletters.I also helped to produce a range of online content including artwork, news, articles and press releases which was shared with customers via the websites and social media. I held additional responsibilities in data management and regularly used MYSQL scripts to produce data for Google Shopping, mailing lists and mailshots. I also helped to establish an Affiliate Marketing Program for the company and supported the product team with adding our stock to Ebay and Amazon.
