In May 2021, I completed my Master's degree in Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, concentrating in Business Analytics. My prior experiences spanned various sectors, including recruitment, business development, and early-stage venture capital, preparing me to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry.Out of graduate school, I started as a Product Manager at Teampay, a mid-market leader in the spend management space. I lead the Accounting-facing engineering team, managing everything from our accounts payable offering to our ERP integrations. Our primary focus is to design and deliver an exceptional spend management solution for finance teams across the globe. We aim to revolutionize the way businesses manage their expenses while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.Fast forward to present, I have embarked on a new journey to start an alternative investment firm called Fratila & Company. For our first fund, Fratila & Company is focused on a systematic managed futures strategy which aims to provide sophisticated diversification and regime agnostic returns to investors. In the future, Fratila & Company aspires to become a multi-manager, multi-strategy firm. As the Head of Technology Operations, my focus is enabling our team to trade efficiently through the use of top tier technology.Based between NYC and Miami.
