• My main contribution in this role was to add a more data driven approach to the activities conducted at the marketing department. This led to much better utilization of the marketing budget.• Oversaw staff, campaigns and day-to-day operations at the marketing department as well as activities conducted by the marketing agency.

• Built up the corporate IT by establishing a new IT-strategy framework and governance model based on the ITIL framework and agile IT-Operations methods.• Identified needs in business processes and initiated pilot studies, change- and development projects.• Initiated many development projects by creating proof-of-concept prototypes myself (developed new functionality in in-house ERP-system, integrations to new partners etc.). • Some IT was hosted on-premises which resulted in various in-house projects which I sponsored and managed e.g., virtualizations, automations, continuity & capacity planning of the IT-services. • Built up an IT-operations and support function. Hired technicians and engineers to cater for the needs, 40+ Offices in 3 countries.• Led procurement of new IT investments. Negotiated and managed services and contracts with vendors.• Member of the management team. Partner (part owner) since 2008

• Built the foundation for the company’s in-house ERP-system. Developed the first version of the central parts myself and hired system developers that continued the development. • Implemented a model where system development projects were conducted with agile methods based on Scrum which at the time was not nearly as well-known and adopted as today. • Built up the central IT-infrastructure when the company started expanding geographically with new offices. Set up hardware, server environments, databases, VPN, backups etc.

Worked as developer for a system which managed and administered ideas, innovation & continuous improvements (Lean). Customers were mainly large Swedish and Norwegian industrial companies.

Undertook two master theses at Telia Research. One in Computer science with specialty Computer communication and the other one in Industrial management with specialty Industrial marketing.
