Providing live (real time) monitoring service for the Bank’s payment and message systems to ensure a seamless, error free service to its customers. Focusing on volume, value and pace of payments through the Barclays infrastructure and escalating accordingly. Ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact to the customer and bank. Breakdown of complex issues. Dealing with complaints as a result of PPI miss-selling taking into account any risks of the Bank's reputation and ensure these are handled in accordance with the Financial Services Authority timescales including regulatory and risk requirements.
