I only worked and consulted with VIP & Emiri guests, the royal family, players, coaches, and embassies/ambassadors; I had to make sure the pre-ordered tickets are already set and ready for when either of the previously mentioned, physically come in and pick them up on the appropriate and scheduled dates. I have to know MSL Technology for Ticketing (previously learned GMS Technology for Accreditation) however; what´s really complicated about learning this one, and where knowing Spanish really comes in handy, most of the directions and projections on screen are in Spanish, which I can definitely leave at a pretty significant level and understand it too. I also help the Complex Manager in some cases with any upkeep, renovations, or concerns of the Complex, in which case, I´m his assistant in that aspect of attending any meetings that pertain to the Complex.

Work in organizing and managing the credentials for Players, Coaches, Sponsors, VIP Guests/Members of the Federation, and co-workers. As well as tend to anything that needs to be set in motion for the tournaments coming up. I had to learn GMS (Games Management System) for all the accrediting I had to do, and now knowing that technology system, I can confidently say, I´m an expert in that field of technology and computer work. For salary, I made 250QAR per day, which was definitely a good benefit as well as have my own office to accredit the aforementioned positions.
