I led a team of HR professionals across Business Partnering, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.Key achievements included leading the People and Change workstream supporting the successful WestConnex bid, design and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, development of an integrated talent strategy supporting significant local infrastructure growth and driving up engagement through enhanced employee lifecycle experiences.

I was responsible for leading a large team to deliver strategic people solutions, champion change and steer business performance, particularly during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis.
