As a Property Analyst at Intergen Property Group (Intergen) my role entails both macro and micro level property research as well as financial modelling and analysis for acquisitions/disposals and leasing, development feasibility and investment management metrics across office, retail, industrial and purpose-built student accommodation sectors.Since joining Intergen in January 2019, I have worked on a number of major acquisitions. Some of these transactions include:• Acquisition of a BP Australia property at 104-116 Regent St, Redfern for $46.1m on behalf Singaporean group Wee Hur, for the development of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).• The off-market acquisition of NAB House office building at 22-28 King William Street in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD for $47.2m on behalf of a Singaporean family office.• A $20.6m acquisition of a student accommodation site in Canberra Civic.• An acquisition of a 1,538m2 redevelopment site at 106-120 Gipps Street, Collingwood for $13m.• An off-market acquisition of a $13m office building at 176 Grenfell Street, Adelaide leased long term to the South Australian State Government (SA Police).Intergen is an Australian privately owned property investment management group based in Sydney.
