Cto And Head Of Rnd
Responsible for IPR, Technology and Product development and part of the Gapwaves executive management team. In this assignment I lead a team of 25 people that industrialises a new technology, taking it from an idea to a mature technology that we design and delivered products on. I also lead the work to establish an agile development organisation containing research, development and pre-series production. As part of the management team I also contribute to develop the overall company and its business. This has resulted in a growth in value of around 20 times over a three year period together with signing several long term contracts with major Tier1s in the automotive industry.

Heading up a development organisation that develops micro- and millimeterwave radios and modules for wireless backhaul and future 5G networks. During this assignment we launched 5 new variants of the MINI-LINK outdoor radio. I also established new Ericsson internal assignments where my organisation strongly contributed to pre-development and research for millimeterwave radio base station front end modules resulting in that the organisation grew and at the end more than 20 persons was involved in this in parallell to our main assignment.

Head Of Ndo Tn
Heading a development organisation within Ericsson that developed Microwave and Mobile Backhaul transmission products. Main achievement was to define and launch a new generation of the product portfolio supporting efficient integration of packet transport and microwave transmission for mobile backhaul. At the same time we transformed the development organisation to a modern agile RnD organisation that supported continuous, predictable releases every 3 month. The organisation spanned over 4 countries with more than 350 employees and a budget around 40M€.
