Key responsibilities of the work scope is :- Draft correspondence letters, Request for Information (RFI), and site memos for consultant and subcontractors- Conduct pre-inspections with Clerk of Work (COW) on formworks, rebar and concrete works- To supervise and monitor the sub-contractor's progress works and resolve issues to mitigate delays at the site- Prepare supporting documents and assessments of Extension of Time (EOT) applications during the construction stage- Prepare technical documents (method statement and rectification proposal) and liaise with consultants for approval- Track the progress at all phases and compile progress report for clients and management- Prepare presentation report for weekly site progress meeting
