I have more than 25 years of experience working with large, medium and small companies in the areas of financial accounting and auditing, process and internal controls consulting, and management advisory services. My career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where I spent time in the financial audit and risk advisory practices. I was a co-founding partner of Calvetti, Ferguson & Wagner, an accounting firm. I was the Founder and CEO of AcctTwo Shared Services, LLC, an accounting software and managed services firm for middle market companies and non-profits, which was acquired by Baker Tilly US LLP in October 2021. I was a Partner in the Baker Tilly Digital Practice, leading our Finance-as-a-Service team, before retiring in May 2024. I hold a B.A. from Rice University and am a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A. - Texas).Specialties: Business process outsourcing, process design, process re-engineering, internal controls, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, accounting, auditing, business consulting, business process outsourcing, ERP and accounting software implementations and development.
