Responsible for four PostNord subcontractor terminals and distribution operations in Middle and Eastern part of Finland (Tampere, Jyväskylä, Mikkeli, Savonlinna). KPI's: PostNord subcontractor Last Mile quality and PostNord Pallet&Parcel delivery quality. Monitor the activities of subcontractors and direct them to operate in accordance with PostNord's operations.

Tampere JCI aims to support the positive economic and social development of the local community and society. We do this by offering our member opportunities to develop their leadership skills and various projects that have posivite impact at the local level. Forward-minded, active, positive and goal oriented are some attributes closely connected to members of Tampere JCI-chapter.We are one of the most oldest finnish JCI-chapters. Tampere JCI was founded in 1956. Members are active members of various business-sectors and consists of many different professional positions.

My responsibilities were in distribution routes. Main task was to optimize routes to perform more efficiently. I had managerial responsibility on my position and I was in charge of operation center. Daily tasks consist of driving arrangements, problem solving, leadership and development work.In my position I responded to company's CEO.

My job was to start building Tampere department that hadn’t previously existed. In addition to Tampere - Valkeakoski, Hämeenlinna, Janakkala and Riihimäki were my responsibilities as well. During 2019 regions kept growing and Jyväskylä joined my group. As a regional manager I had around 60 employees as drivers and 2 employees working at our office. I was responsible for my departments’ sales, marketing, recruitment and training among other daily tasks. I reported directly to our CEO.

Main responsibilities in the role of a passenger transportation manager: Leading employees and directing them towards mutual goals, improving operations to more and more customer oriented direction and reporting of both operations and profits. Other tasks included vehicle maintenance, planning charter services and drivers’ working schedules, taking care of recruitment and training. My job description as passenger transportation manager was extremely wide and versatile. In my position I’ve become familiar with the legislation and challenges that come along in this field of expertise. There are approximately 40 vehicles and 100 drivers in our department.

As a customer service manager I was responsible for Liuttu Logistiikka Oy’s customer service center’s daily operations and employees. During my position as customer service manager I developed the center’s internal operations and processes. I took care of recruitment, training and working schedules. As a manager one of the most important daily features was to support employees.As a sales representative I cooperated with our sales manager serving both new and already existing customer relations. I kept contact with clients by calling and meeting them regularly. I also took part in marketing.

As a transportation manager I became responsible for the whole department of parcel transportation services. Main responsibilities for me were developing various processes, planning optimal routes and schedules for drivers and reporting. The department influenced around Pirkanmaa, Satakunta and Central Finland. One of my largest projects was to spread that area to Pohjanmaa as well, which was a learning and self-improving process for me professionally. The project was approved by our biggest partner’s Nordic director.
