I implemented a focus on training and a quality control process that reduced cost per flight hour by 28% from 2015-2016 while increasing material readiness to a near-perfect 98%, shattering Navy standard of 75%.•Develops people and organizational culture. I focused the squadron on communication and work-life-balance. Squadron earned the Personnel Programs Excellence Award in 2015 and 2016 recognizing the top Navy organizations for developing and retaining talent.
