I am currently the UK Warehouse Manager at Fox ESS, a leading provider of energy storage solutions and services. I have over 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping systems, and logistics management, having worked as a Warehouse Operative at Specialist Crafts and a Warehouse Worker at BSS before joining Fox ESS in June 2023.As the UK Warehouse Manager, I am responsible for receiving and shipping goods, arranging collection of returned or faulty items from customer premises, and ensuring the organisation and cleanliness of a well-run facility. I have also implemented and standardized processes to facilitate better warehouse management, such as optimizing the warehouse space and layout, coordinating with relevant departments, and using the latest technology and software. I have also obtained certifications in operating reach, VNA, and counterbalance trucks from Warwick Training, which enable me to handle various types of materials and equipment safely and efficiently. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction, as well as improving the performance and productivity of the warehouse team.
