Senior Director Human Resources
Current• Lead HR team of approximately 50 responsible for HR operations, compensation & benefits, mobility, talent management, talent acquisition, training & development and labor relations for the global business line• Serve as a key member of the Subsea & Floating Facilities Senior Leadership team with dual reporting to business line SVP and VP HR Operations• Works in partnership with HR COE functions to create and deliver compensation and talent management programs worldwide• Develop and implement HR strategies for the global business line• Implement the talent strategy for the region, including the identification and development of high potentials / performers, workforce planning and succession planning• Develop the capabilities of the HR teams across the globe
