• Business Process Manager at ABN AMRO Service Operations Consumer Banking (CORDD)
• Managed and facilitated the cards Business Process Redesign initiative involving India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan and UAE for Business Unit ASIA in 2007. The process redesign was part of the implementation.
• Assisted in developing a blueprint for generic processes for consumer banking to be used as reference in Business Process Redesign projects and core banking system implementations in 2007.
• Managed the Business Process Redesign project to map and validate all processes related to the Business Unit Europe TSYS implementation for launching MasterCard credit cards in Russia, Kazakhstan in 2007.

• Business Process Manager at AA-Interfinance.
• Implemented operational processes related to the launch of additional features on the Multi Corporate Card in the Netherlands in 2006.
• Restructured the operational team responsible for Corporate Credit Cards in the Netherlands in 2006.
• Implemented various process improvements for Consumer Credit Cards in the Netherlands in the Card- / PIN-issuing, Transaction processing and MIS area in 2006.
• Implemented the e-statement application and mapped new operational processes related to the implementation of the Mystyle Credit Card project in 2006.

• Managed and assisted implementation of Continues Linked Settlement solutions, which is the new banking-industry standard concerning FX-settlements, for Broker-Dealers, Banks and non-Bank Financial Institutions.
• Managed to dramatically improve golfing-, sailing-, flying- skills during a sabbatical leave of 5 months in South Africa. (June 2004 - November 2004)
• Managed the transition process for all major Financial Institution client relations in the Netherlands from the local CC&C network to the Wholesale organisation. (2001)
• Managed and assisted implementation of Euro Cross Border Cash Pool solutions, which used to be a new ABN AMRO product, for corporate treasuries and shared service centres throughout Europe. (1999-2001)
