Business Process Manager at ABN AMRO Service Operations Consumer Banking (CORDD)•Managed and facilitated the cards Business Process Redesign initiative involving India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan and UAE for Business Unit ASIA in 2007. The process redesign was part of the implementation of a cards portfolio management system (TRIAD) on a regional level.•Assisted in developing a blueprint for generic processes for consumer banking to be used as reference in Business Process Redesign projects and core banking system implementations in 2007.•Managed the Business Process Redesign project to map and validate all processes related to the Business Unit Europe TSYS implementation for launching MasterCard credit cards in Russia, Kazakhstan in 2007.
