Responsible for operational management and business development of Civil & Structural Engineering/Construction Management firm.

Responsible for P&L of $137MM sales organization with $60MM in expenses. Team consists of 435 members of which 230 are outside sales, 140 inside sales, 40 engineers – spread across 15 US western states. Report directly to CEO and member of North American Executive Management Team.Key Accomplishments:• Outperformed market by 15% in revenue in 2010 and 2011, despite negative construction environment• Increased ROS by 45% in 2011 through 15% productivity of sales resources, while faced with 3% product cost increases• Produced 24% growth within an unregulated market by executing a multi-pronged strategy which included interaction with government regulatory agencies, industry consortiums and leading edge contractors

Full accountability for HR operations, managing a team of 60 with $15MM budget. Functions included executive talent acquisition, compensation, health and insurance benefits, retirement compensation (401k and Deferred compensation programs), relocation services, HR information systems, Foreign Service & expatriate program, sales and management training.
